Certificate of construction capacity is a compulsory certificate for organizations, individuals and enterprises engaged in construction activities. This is a compulsory condition for all construction enterprises in the whole territory of Vietnam in accordance with the law. It can be said that this is a necessary and sufficient condition to participate in construction activities such as construction, bidding, and acceptance and settlement of construction works.
